Rooted in ʻĀina. Guided by Legacy.

Our Story

Mulkey Farms is rooted in something far deeper than products—it is rooted in legacy, love, and the enduring connection to ‘āina.

We believe the most meaningful things are grown slowly, made with care, and shared with purpose. Every harvest, every handcrafted piece, and every small-batch good reflects a commitment to intentional living and thoughtful creation.

Rooted on Hawaiʻi Island, our work blends sustainable farming with handmade goods designed to bring warmth, comfort, and a sense of home.

This is more than a farm.

It is a way of living—grounded, patient, and purposeful.

Our Roots

Mulkey Farms began as a dream planted by John and Coreen Mulkey—a vision grounded in ʻāina, hard work, and ʻohana.

They believed in building something lasting. Something that would nourish not only the land, but the people connected to it.

What started as hope has grown into a new chapter—one that honors their foundation while carrying their values forward through sustainability, creativity, and generational impact.

Because of them, we continue.

Rooted in the past. Growing forward.

Meet the Makers

Mulkey Farms is led by Mika and Adam—partners in life, creativity, and cultivation.

As Co-Founder & CEO, Mika stewards the vision and long-term direction of Mulkey Farms. He leads strategy, branding, partnerships, product development, and growth—ensuring that every offering reflects legacy, ʻāina, and purpose.

Adam serves as Co-Founder and COO, overseeing farm operations, infrastructure, production, and handcrafted goods. He manages the day-to-day systems that bring each product from land to finished piece.

Together, they blend leadership and craftmanship—building something rooted in legacy and designed to last for generations.

Life on the Farm

Mulkey Farms is home to a growing ‘ohana of animals who are just as much as part of our story as the gardens we tend. Our goats, cats, chickens, and Mahina, our gentle farm dog, bring curiosity, laughter, and plenty of personality to each day.

Life on the farm is never quiet—and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Whether it’s feeding the goats at sunrise, collecting fresh eggs, or watching our cats nap beneath the trees, these everyday moments remind us why we chose this life rooted in aloha and mālama ʻāina.

Many visitors come for the fresh food but leave remembering the animals. They have a way of making everyone smile.
